At Qumirexo Servicios Digitales S.R.L. we process personal data with criteria of minimisation, transparency and an educational purpose. This policy explains what information we collect, why and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject in Argentina.
The controller is Qumirexo Servicios Digitales S.R.L., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789432-4, with address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. We are registered with the National Directorate for Personal Data Protection under Reg. Disp. No. 2-2024.
We only collect the information you provide voluntarily through the contact form (name, email and message) and limited technical data (device type, browser language, pages viewed) when you accept analytics cookies.
We use the data to answer requests, improve the quality of educational materials, prevent abuse of the site and, only with your consent, show relevant advertising through Google Ads.
Processing is carried out in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and complementary regulations. Where applicable, the legal basis is your free, express and informed consent.
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with technology providers (hosting, analytics, Google advertising) under agreements that limit their use to the purposes described above.
Messages received are stored for a maximum of 24 months, except where a longer legal retention obligation applies. Technical logs are deleted or anonymised within 14 months.
You can request access, rectification, update or deletion of your data by writing to privacidad@qumirexo.com. You can also file claims before the Argentine Access to Public Information Agency (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, role-based access control and audit logs) to protect personal information hosted on infrastructure located in the European Union and the Americas.
If we update this policy we will publish the new version on this same URL, indicating the modification date. We recommend that you review it periodically.
